Dan Borders has over 30 years of business operation and financial management experience and has held the positions of V.P. Operation, V.P. Finance, Controller, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.  He has been a Board member and headed the Audit Committee of a pulblic company and served as a board member of the international subsidiary of a major U.S. Corporation.  His business experience was gained with companies such as Fairchild, Litton, Teledyne, Ampex and Measurex and he has been involved with over 15 merger and acquisition transactions totaling over $1 billion in value.  Dan is President of his company, Borders Financial Management, Inc. where he provides management and financial advisory services to companies in the hi-tech, biomedical and aerospace industries.  He serves on the Boards of two privately held corporations and was one of the founders of Zero One Systems, Inc., Technology Development Corp., Spring BioSciences Corp. and Coastal Valley Aviation, Inc.
