James Stickney is a results-driven IT executive and
consultant with strong expertise in leading technology-based multi-million
dollar business initiatives. James has an impressive; fast track career marked

cross-functional business objectives. He
contributes a seasoned, broad-based perspective in helping to create pragmatic

James has a professional focus
on the design, installation, and support of computer networks, corporate
servers, and Internet based systems. Furthermore,
his knowledge may be passed on via his personal coaching and training sessions
to empower existing staff to improve processes, procedures and efficiency.

This expertise was gained at
corporations including King Schools as he served as the Director of Information
Systems; Voyager Systems as the Manager of Operations; New Horizons Computer
Learning Center as an Instructor; and S.A.I.C. where he served as the Domain
Administrator for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
While with King Schools, James served as the Director of Information
Systems. He designed, implemented,
and managed the installation of the entire network capable of supporting 100’s
of workstations, while also offering 24x7 support to the network infrastructure.
At Voyager Systems he implemented the Network Operations Center (NOC)
operating with Windows 2000 Advanced Servers and Cisco Firewalls.
These system servers are currently in operation and capable of handling
1000’s of Internet based transactions per second as well as supporting
1,000’s users nationwide while maintaining 99.999% system availability.
Personal training skills were sharpened at New Horizons Computer Learning
Center. The ability to make
computer networks, servers, and workstation installation concepts simple to
understand always generated outstanding reviews from his students.
His project management skills enhanced during his experience at EPIC
Solutions, Voyager Systems, and S.A.I.C. This
enabled him to create, train, and deploy the processes and procedures to
maintain the newly formed
Client Fulfillment & Customer Support groups.
As a result of his experiences,
James now runs his own business, Bushido Technical Solutions LLC, where he is
able to provide world class consulting and computer services.
James is a certified expert in
Microsoft Operating Systems as a Systems Engineer (MCSE), Database Administrator
(MCDBA), and Trainer (MCT). Furthermore
he holds Certification in Novell as a Certified Netware Engineer (CNE), A+
Certification, and a B.S. Aerospace Engineering from San Diego State University.
