Ancillary Support Rates
In the event you have technical needs outside the scope of
the contracted Premier Services, Bushido Technical Solutions is available to
assist. These services could
include:
- Employee support
- Email setup, security & management
- Hardware maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Related computer projects and tasks as assigned
- General network security and connectivity issues
- Employee setup and configuration (for new hires)
- Printer installation, configuration, support, and management
Telephone & Remote support = $95/hour (Billed in 15 minute increments / 15 minute minimum)
On-site and technical support = $95/hour (Billed in half-hour increments / 1 hour minimum)
Emergency On-Site Response = $150/hour (Tech on-site within 6 hours)
ELITE MAINTENANCE SERVICE (Regularly Scheduled Tech On Site)
This service includes the PREMIER MAINTENANCE SERVICE plus:
- Network Documentation and mapping
- A Designated Systems Integration Manager
- A Designated Technician will provide regularly scheduled on-site technical support to include:
- Employee support
- Email setup, security & management
- Hardware maintenance, repair, and replacement
- Related computer projects and tasks as assigned
- General network security and connectivity issues
- Employee setup and configuration (for new hires)
- Printer installation, configuration, support, and management
Ø 20 Hours Per Month: $1600/month
Tech on site for up to 20 hours per
calendar month and additional time as needed at the guaranteed rate of
$80/hour. Recommended for: 1-2 Servers; 10-20 Workstations
Ø 40 Hours Per Month: $2800/month
Tech on site 40 hours per calendar
month and additional time as needed at the guaranteed rate of
$70/hour. Recommended for: 2-4 Servers; 20-60 Workstations
Ø 80 Hours Per Month: $4800/month
Tech on site 80 hours per calendar
month and additional time as needed at the guaranteed rate of
$60/hour. Recommended for: 4+ Servers; 60+ Workstations
